I’m Chris, a passionate freelance photographer based in Essex, UK.

I have always been creative, however, I have not always allowed my creative side out. I attended the University of Kent and received a Business-Economics degree, which led me into multiple office-style jobs. Although I did enjoy aspects of these jobs, particularly the problem-solving parts, I discovered that I was unfulfilled and needed more creativity in my work. That is when I made the decision to take a gamble and turn my existing passion of photography into a career.  Let’s just say I have not looked back! Now I get to be as creative as I want to be, capturing striking images for clients and helping them showcase the best they have to offer.

My time working in business offices, as well as the information I gained from my degree, has given me the understanding of the complexity, attention to detail, time and effort that goes into running a successful business. This is something I don’t think all photographers appreciate, and is why I understand the trust that goes into hiring us to portray all the hard work that has been put into your business.

That is why I aim to be a tool for your business. My job is to make sure all the hard work done behind the scenes can be seen in the images I create. I do this by carefully listening to your needs, while offering my creative expertise to ensure we get a result everyone is excited over.

Almost as importantly, however, I aim to have a fun and relaxed shoot, which I try to encourage with my laid back nature. Although, I often find it comes naturally when everyone involved is passionate about the end goal.
